- Manage bookings, check-ins, and client inquiries through Jane App
- Greet clients warmly and provide seamless front desk service
- Follow up with online leads to convert them into consultations
- Build knowledge of skincare and treatments to support client education
Role Requirements:
- Experience in front desk, receptionist, or client care (wellness/medical setting an asset)
- Comfortable with scheduling systems (Jane App experience an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong focus on sales performance and client conversion, with the ability to deliver in-house treatments and services when appropriate.
Medical Aesthetician – Parksville, BC
