Passionate about transforming personal wellness, Judy merges advanced technologies with a functional health approach to help others elevate their quality of life. She believes that true well-being starts with the fundamentals, empowering clients to go beyond their perceived limits and achieve lasting vitality.
Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Judy has finally found her way to the sea—embracing the beauty of coastal living while continuing her mission to make wellness both accessible and extraordinary. For her, life is invaluable and always worth the effort!

meet Dr. Vasquez
Dr. Arthur Vasquez is a Family Medicine Specialist with a special interest in skin disorders in Vancouver, BC, with over 30 years of experience in clinical practice. He specializes in primary care management of skin disorders and aesthetic medicine, holding a Professional Diploma in General Dermatology-related studies and Board Certification with the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine.
A member of the Canadian Continence Foundation and a Board Member of the Vancouver Division of Family Practice, Dr. Vasquez is dedicated to advancing pelvic health and functional wellness. With a diverse background in pharmaceutical research, medical advisory roles, and international healthcare, Dr. Vasquez brings a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to aesthetic medicine and wellness at Basics & Beyond.

With over 15 years of experience in medicine, surgery, and aesthetics, Kathleen's dedication to continuous education and mastering the latest techniques sets her apart in the field of aesthetic nursing. Passionate about enhancing natural beauty, she believes that overall health is the foundation of a radiant, healthy glow.
Kathleen’s warm and welcoming approach makes every client feel at home, ensuring personalized care and lasting relationships. Born and raised in the Oceanside area, she specializes in Microdermabrasion, RF Microneedling, IV Therapy, Botox & Fillers, and Chemical Peels—helping clients look and feel their best with expert, results-driven treatments.

MEET GAIL
Gail brings an integrative, patient-centered approach to care, combining advanced clinical training with functional medicine to support both physical and mental well-being. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in British Columbia and holds dual certification in the United States as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Gail completed her training at the University of Wyoming and the University of Northern Colorado, and has pursued advanced education through the Kalish Institute, the Institute for Functional Medicine, WorldLink Medical, and A4M. She has been prescribing bio-identical hormones for over 14 years and also provides peer support within Dr. Greenblatt’s Psychiatry Redefined program.
Outside of clinical work, Gail enjoys time in the garden growing food and flowers, kayaking, and spending time with friends, family, and Bentley—her energetic Australian Shepherd.
