No, a referral is not required—but it can reduce your out-of-pocket cost. You have two options: You can ask your family physician or a telehealth provider to send a referral to our clinic. This allows your consultation to be covered by MSP (when applicable).
Or, you can enroll in one of our membership programs to access immediate client care and medical oversight.
Yes, in most cases. For medical weight loss and hormone therapy, lab work is typically required to allow the physician to properly assess your hormone levels, metabolic function, and overall health. This ensures your treatment plan is safe, personalized, and medically appropriate. For hair restoration, lab work may also be recommended based on your symptoms and medical history.
If you choose the membership route, you’ll meet directly with our physician.
Both options lead to the same high-quality care. A referral is ideal if you want coverage through MSP and are okay with the extra step. Membership pay gives you direct access, additional perks and flexibility, especially if you prefer to move forward right away.
